Plain terms for free tools: use them freely, check what matters, and keep your own copies.
These terms apply when you use SmallBizDesk (“the site”), run by Muhammad Yahya (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.
Using the tools
The tools are free to use for personal and business purposes. You don't need an account.
Your files and results
You're responsible for the files you open and the results you produce. Because everything runs on your device, we never have a copy, so we can't recover lost work or files.
Check important results
The tools are built and tested with care, but software can make mistakes and files can be unusual. Check results before relying on them, especially for payroll, taxes, invoices and anything you send to a client or a government agency. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to create false or misleading documents, to break the law, or to disrupt the site, for example by trying to overload it.
Ownership
The site's design, code and text belong to Muhammad Yahya. You may link to any page, and the results you create with the tools are yours to use however you like.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites, such as Upwork. We aren't responsible for their content or policies.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including lost data, lost profits or decisions made on the basis of a tool's results.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version. Questions are welcome on the contact page.
